Poultry / Animal Enclosures
Welded Wire Mesh generally with Hot Dipped Galvanized Wires is extensively used for fabrication of Poultry Cages and enclosures for Breeding of Chickens / Boilers. Mesh can be manufactured with spacings and wire-diameters suitably arranged to provide for convenient functionality of the Cage / Enclosure. The spacing is varied at the openings for providing of feed and for fixing of trays for collection of eggs.
Wire Diameters generally used are 2.0 mm to 4.00 mm Hot Dipped Galvanized. Spacing of 75 x 25, 75 x 62.5 , 50x50, 50x25mm and 25 x 25 are generally used.
Mesh for Racks , Partitions , Crates
Welded Wire Mesh in Cut Sized Panels with optionally Post operations of Edge folds and additional Stiffening Rib Spot welded on can be a lightweight , modular and cheaper alternative for heavy duty rack shelves in Logistic warehouses . Generally Sizes are 25x25 / 50x25 / 50x50 / 100x50 with Wires of 3.0 to 5.0 mm dia. Made from Pre Galvanized wires of generally 90gsm coating or from MS Ungalvanized wires and Post Powder Coated. Similarly Plain Welded Wire Mesh Panels can be simply bolted on as Claddiing or edge Barrier mesh for the Rack shelves. Crates and Pallet trucks also can be fabricated using Heavy guage Welded Wire Mesh panels with Post Powder Coated or Post Hot Dip Galvanised Finish
